        A quiet count of the days you gave yourself real time off the phone.

        • One session of 30 minutes lights the day. One unbroken half hour, not half an hour collected in pieces. Shorter sessions still count towards your hours and your camp, they just don't light the flame.
        • You get a rest day every week. One missed day is forgiven, every week, by design. It comes back every Monday. You never ask for it and you never lose it.
        • Nothing is ever taken from you. Your hours, your camps and your goals are yours whatever the flame says.

        If the flame rests, it relights the moment you come back.
